Steve has extensive experience in providing commercially focused team and individual coaching, mentoring and facilitation support to International Leaders, Senior Executives, Professionals, Managers and their teams in both the private and public sector. He has provided professional career coaching support (1-on-1) to more than 2000 emerging managers, and leaders. Steve's excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills assists individuals and teams to maximise their potential.

Mark has in excess of 15 years experience working in Assessment, Careers Coaching and Executive Coaching within the Australian marketplace. His experience has included the development and delivery of national and international assessment programs for selection, relocation and development. His skills have been utilised in the delivery of high level Career Coaching and Mentoring for both private and public sector Executives. These have focused on self development and understanding in order to achieve higher levels of performance along with 'balance of life'.

Mark has personally developed some of our largest consulting projects including the provision of services to the Oil and Gas and Mining sectors.

Dr Danica Hooper

Dr Danica Hooper is the State Manager for People Solutions in Queensland, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. She specialises in a broad range of organisational development initiatives ranging from selection systems, through to behavioural safety interventions, leadership development, and health and wellbeing in the workplace. Danica has an especially strong interest in psychometric assessment, including assessments for safety critical industries.

In her role Danica manages assessment and organisational development services for clients including some of Australia's largest employers from mining, government, transport, and finance industries. In doing so, she brings a business focus to her work, drawing upon her own management experience, qualifications in process improvement (Six Sigma), and her background in strategic planning facilitation.
